New equipment for transport operators gets prominent treatment in next week's issue of CM. As well as the fortnightly review of equipment, components and accessories, there will be an illustrated report of the important RAI vehicle servicing exhibition in Amsterdam.
For passenger vehicle operators there will be a report on papers presented at the Newcastle symposium at which managers and technicians from around the world are reporting on bus operating problems and prospects.
CM also hopes to be able to publish on April 17 a full-scale road test and operational trial report on a new haulage model.
In Management Matters next week, John Darker will be continuing his articles on Science in Transport,. this time the subject is computer developments in BPS Parcels Ltd Know the Law will be taking a look at the appeal procedure in the Plating and Testing scheme, while Road and Workshop will have more to say about workshop practice.
