• Wincanton Vehicle Rental's public sector division has won the contract to supply vehicles and maintenance to the Oxford Regional Health Authority's refrigeration operation in the Midlands.
St Ivel has taken delivery of 36 of its 50 Volvo F16s ordered on contract hire from Wincanton. The deal covers maintenance and breakdown for the 16 additional and 34 renel al reefers operating from 11 depots to retail outlets throughout the UK.
0 Coventry City Council has made a repeat contract-hire deal for two new skip-loaders with Aldridge-based S Jones Truck Rental. At least seven other local authorities are negotiating similar deals with Wincanton.
