• Leyland Daf has discovered that its dealers' workshops and parts departments are open nearly 20 hours longer than its competitors, according lo John Gibbons, Leyland Dal's aftersales director.
On workshop opening, Leyland Daf quotes an average of 90.4 hours for its dealers compared with Iveco Ford at 76.6 hours. Leyland Daf says its parts departments are open for an average of 87.4 hours, next comes Volvo at 69.2 hours.
