SHARE capitals of Thomas Brothers (Port Talbot). Ltd., and the Afan Transport Co., Ltd.. operating bus services in the Port Talbot area, have been acquired by the British Electric Traction Co.. Ltd. The two concerns operate approximately 30 vehicles.
The former directors of the two companies have retired and have been replaced by representatives of the B.E.T. The new chairman is Mr. W. T. James. 0.B.E., a director of the B.E.T.
