Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

UP TO 10 drivers have resigned from Somerset-based Caxton Transport following the company's appearance at a -Bristol employment tribunal last month.

It was cleared of illegally breaking an industrial dispute by doing back-door deals with individual drivers (CM 26 May).

"The drivers are disappointed and disillusioned," says URTU regional officer Malcolm Williams. "They don't want to work with other drivers who are earning more money than them through doing their own deal.

The drivers, 23 of whom are URTU members, have previously rejected a pay offer of £8.50hr; they are demanding 19hr.
