disqualified from holding or obtaining an Operator's Licence for six months after his licence and Community Authorisation Certificates were revoked by Scottish Traffic Commissioner Michael Betts at a Glasgow disciplinary inquiry. Miller, who trades as White Cart Freight Co, was answering concerns about his maintenance record and alleged breaches of the drivers' hours and tachograph regulations.

Betts was told that Miller's vehicles had earlier been given an immediate prohibition, endorsed as a significant maintenance failure, and a delayed prohibition. There had also been 20 breaches of drivers' hours and tachograph rules.
