Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A recent addition to the range of Peterson Vise-Grip locking hand tools made by A. Levermore and Co Ltd is known as the Little Seizer, which is claimed to be particularly suitable for clamping together parts of awkward shapes when space is severely restricted. The clamp will lock onto parts with a thickness of up to 2in. while the throat will cope with an angled width up to 41n. In common with the larger Vise-Grip Model 11R tool, it incorporates a simple type of release mechanism.

Made by: A Levermore and Co Ltd, 40/44 The Broadway, London SW19.
