THE offers made by Transport

Development Group Ltd. last month (see The Commercial Motor, June 4) to acquire the issued capital of The Liverpool Warehousing Co. Ltd. have been accepted by the holders of 70-4 per cent of the 5+ per cent cumulative preference stock and 77-4 per cent of the ordinary stock of Liverpool Warehousing. The offers have accordingly been declared unconditional and binding and the final date for acceptance has been extended to July 24.

Full acceptance will require the allotment of 322,550 6 per cent second preference shares of £1 each and 7,020.000 ordinary shares of 5s. each of Transport Development, credited as fully paid.
