Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A TWIN-blade windscreen wiper system with its own screenwash jets has been introduced by Sabre Motor Accessories in five sizes. The WX2 twin-wiper blades, which are designed to fit existing wiper arms, have two blades set an inch apart in order to provide efficient screen clearing in even the heaviest downpoor. Small aerofoils provide anti-lifting properties and the blades have proved effective at high motorway speeds.

Blade-holders are mounded in matt black, non-wearing glassfibre and polyarnide material, while the blades themselves are made from high-quality profile rubber. Sizes range from 305-508mm (12-20in) in length. Retail prices are £14 to £20 depending on size.
