Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

STAFFORDSHIRE Moorlands District Council has taken delivery of the first 3.048m (120in) wheelbase Shelvoke and Drewry PN model equipped with a single compartment Whale Jetvac tank in place of the usual separate sludge and clean water compartments.

This arrangement gives extra capacity for clean water jetting and maximum sludge capacity, but precludes simultaneous jetting and sludge removal.

Despite the dual roles, the narrow Jetvac has a night soil hopper and 150mm (6in) slide valve for sewer flushing in addition to a 204cum/h (7300cuft/h) exhauster and vacuum system.
