A T a recent meeting of Walsall Cham ber of Commerce, it was decided to ask Mr. W. T. Wells, the local M.P., to support the Transport (Amendment) Bill. Mr. 0. Jones said that it should be pointed out to Mr. Wells that the Bill did not conflict with any serious principle of the Labour Party,
Mr. G. Harvey criticized the Road Haulage Executive for having no knowledge of local affairs and no personal interest in the economic success of the undertaking.
