Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• ANDY BOYLE, owner of Ledbury-based ABE TRANSPORT, has been a Palletline member since 1994. He says: "I was convinced that general haulage was going nowhere but the pallet business was a hard, hard slog for the first three years. From 19116 onwards, people started to accept the idea as a proposition and since the turn of the century I have been gobsmacked at the way business has gone forward. There are so many networks now, you can only be better or cheaper. Every network has to cover the country and some of the companies you take on won't cut the mustard. That's not to say that Palletline is perfect, but you have to keep banging the drum to get it right! If there's a weak member, he'll rue the day he met me."

Being a member has given us a spectrum of services nationwide, opening all sorts of doors."
