• The Brent Group Award of £10 to the student achieving the best result in the first introductory course for junior management in road transport at the Ealing Technical College will be presented on May 13 at the Stephenson Room, Euston Station, by Mr John Silberrnann, The winner is Mr K. W. Treadle, Pickfords Ltd.
Mr Silbermann designed the original course which formed the basis for regular courses now available at the college.
