i-r0 the public utilities committee of
Edinburgh Corporation it was reported that the gas department of the municipality had, since the outbreak of war, carried out experiments with the object of producing a fuel suitable for use in vehicle gas producers. As a result a fuel had been produced which is suitable for use in the Government modified producer without any further treatment.
