and Sons Ltd. has entered into a joint venture with the Dutch haulage company, Jonker's Expeditiebedrijven N.V., to form a new ..tompany to operate on the Continent.
The new company, N.V. Pan Europese ranktransport Compagnie, which will be rading under the abbreviated name of PETAC, already has tank vehicles verating in Holland and has its base ind head office in Rotterdam.
The function of the new concern is to 3perate road tankers throughout the nainland of Europe and to handle tank railers shipped between the U.K. and Europe on the existing ferry services.
