Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

What's happened to the old adage 'innocent until proven guilty? It certainly doesn't apply to hauliers who are found with immigrants on board. it would seem their guilt is assumed, no matter what. I'm sure one or two probably are guilty but where does that leave the innocent? What are they supposed to do if they get fined 210,000?

It's time the Transport Ministry woke up to the problem. They should try sending someone in a truck to the Continent a few times to see for themselves what an impossible task it is for a driver to stop immigrants getting into a tilt trailer.

For goodness sake, do this before we all give up.
