Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AVON Tyres has produced two new design tyres, one which has been approved by Land Rover. The other one is still under evaluation by Land Rover.

The 600-16 Rangemaster radial is a dual-purpose tyre designed to give good off-road performance coupled with a speed capability of up to 140km/h (87mph).

Shown on a short-wheelbase Land Rover at the Royal Smithfield Show this week, the Avon Tredlite low-ground-pressure tyre is aimed at the farmer who wishes to keep soil and plant damage to a minimum or anyone who needs an all-year offroad capability.

The Tredlite operates with a low-inflation pressure and the tyre load is distributed over a large area. Road speed is limited to 80km/h (50mph) while off-road speed is restricted dependent on load.
