TLT Distribution, part of Tate and Lyle, is to distribute Cinzano products throughout South Wales and South-west England.
Deliveries are made from a single stockholding point at the TLTD depot at Avonmouth. A strict control system devised by Cinzano, largely offsets the extra cost of using duty-paid warehousing by ensuring rapid transit through the Avonmouth district.
Cinzano previously employed one carrier on a national basis, and operated from bonded storage only.
