Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The URTU newspaper Whe( states boldly on page two al its most recent issue "We stay in Europe." It then gee on to explain that despite campaigning against contim membership of the EEC it supports the views of Len Murray, the TUC general secretary, who said after du result of the referendum wa clear : "We are democrats o we accept majority votes. Now 'it's up to us to help ma the Community work as suc fully as possible."

Well, that seems clear enough, but then URTU app to contradict themselves wh they say : "We must also continue through the trade union movement to strenuot oppose restrictive legislatior proposed in Brussels and at continue to fight the compul fitting of tachographs in our lorries," which appears to suggest that the decision to tachographs was not taken I majority vote.
