Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

rA.A SPARE-WHEEL carrier incorporating worth and wheel gearing to raise and lower the wheel has been developed by Bifort Engineering, Ltd.; Preston New Road. Blackpool, Lancs.

Two versions are made: one is the Standard which is suitable for all tyre s:zes up to 9.00-20, the other being the Major for wheels with up to 11.00-20

res. The carrier is a compact, selfcontained unit which is designed to be mounted on the chassis frame. When raied the wheel is bolted to the underside of the unit. The gearing is enclosed in a box member, the operating shaft extending to the outside and having at its

end a hexagon of the same size as the wheel nuts so that the wheelbracc can be used to raise and lower the wheel.

The Standard model costs :£6 lit, 6d. and the Major costs £10 15s. 6d. Both prices are ex-works and there are discounts for quantity.
