THE East Midland traffic area advisor3 committee has appointed Mr. K. S. Robingm, of A. R. Marshall and Sons (Haulage: Ltd., Bulwell, Nottingham, as chairman and Mr. W. Morton, East Midland area secretary. Road Haulage Association, as secretary. Chairmanship is for two years and will alternate between the RHA and the Traders Road Transport Association.
It is hoped shortly to introduce a maintenance schedule and inspection record form as a contribution to the improvement of vehicle maintenance.
