SUBJECT to the passing of the necessary resolution at the annual general meeting,. to be held early in December, the Austin Motor Co., Ltd., proposes to make a bonus issue to stockholders of 2,330,500 ordinary
shares of 5s. each. These will be allotted to the holders of ordinary and A ordinary stocks registered in the books of The company on October 15, in the proportion of one new ordinary share for every two 5s. units of ordinary and/or A ordinary stock.
The issue will be effected by way of capitalization of reserves, amounting to £582,625.
