APPEAL TRIBUNAL IN YORK

MEXT week the Appeal Tribunal will 11 be sitting in York at the Law Courts, Clifford Street, to hear two cases. In the first, the Railway Executive is the appellant against a decision of the Yorkshire Licensing Authority. There are nine respondents. This case will be heard on October 11.

On October 14, the appeal of Hawe Bros. (Harrogate), Ltd., against a decision of the Yorkshire Licensing Authority is due for hearing. Amongst the eight k,respondents are the Railway Executive and F. Baxter, Ltd.
