to learner drivers preparing for their heavy goods vehicle driving test. /am not registered as a driving instructor with the DoE and I am concerned that I might be committing an offence under the Road Traffic (Driving Instructors) Act 1967. What is my position?

A The Road Traffic (Driving Instruction) Act 1967 was repealed by the Road Traffic Act 1972, Part V of that Act now deals with the giving of driving instruction.
