The Majesty's Charge d'Affaires at Port-ms-Prince has reported that a Hayti= citizen and farmer minister, has been granted a concession for a road transport service for goods and passengere in that town and its suburbs, and wishes to interest British business men in the enterprise financially. A copy (in Frrencl*ef the concession, Which will expire on October 1st, and a. copy (in French) of an estimate made by the conc.essionnaire of the possible minimum revenue of the undertaking may be seen by United Kingdom firms at the Department of Overseas Trade.
