PTA YEARBOOK • The Freight Transport Association has published its 1991 yearbook, which is available to members only.
It covers the new driver licensing rules effective from 1 April; carriage of hazardous goods; drivers' hours with case law references; food hygiene regulations; temperature controlled vehicles and new traffic area boundaries which come into force later this year.
