Says RO-R sales and marketing director Robin Nunley: "The increase in sales particularly of air suspension systems means workshop staff have to be kept continually abreast of developments. There is a big market need and we are delighted with the popularity of these courses."

The programme is part of the firm's commitment to increased safety and reliability and is part of its European Quality Initiative launched in June by Secretary of State for Wales Peter Walker.
