Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AN interesting conversion has been 1-1, made to one of the attic trailers of Robert Wynn and Sons (Manchester). Ltd., heavy haulage contractors, to enable the vehicle to carry high-voltage transformer tap changers of increased height. The travelling height has been reduced by making part of the trailer platform removable, enabling three tap changers to be carried on a specially designed frame underneath. The removed platform sections can be readily replaced after the tap changers have been delivered.
