TEE Western Licensing Authority adjourned part of an application on Monday by. Mr. C. W. Payne, of Mealsham, who asked for an addition to his A licence of one bulk tipper and a variation of the conditions of the licence to read "Agricultural goods and requisites any distance."

The vehicle addition was refused by the Atithority, Mr. S. W. Nelson, because no evidence was available. The application was opposed by British Railways and an independent haulier, The variation application was adjourned by the Authority to enable the applicant to produce customer witnesses.
