• A Scottish haulier is issuing an action for damages against Iveco Ford Truck. Aviemore-based Martin Harrower of A9 Haulage says: "I have had serious problems with trucks less than a year old including severe brake problems on one vehicle not six months old; a D-reg 220-30 which failed its MoT seven times and air suspension bags falling off onto the road."
Iveco Ford Truck says: "We have considered his case carefully and feel that a compensation payment of 600 we made in view of one particular incident is sufficient."
