Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A new version of the Dusseldorf-built L407D van has been introduced by Mercedes-Benz. Plated at 3.5 tons gvw, it is aimed at the "no 0 licence" section of the market.

Previously available in only 4.07 or 4.68 tonne form, this latest model has a lighter rear suspension and lower capacity (6.00 x 16 instead of 6.50 x 16) tyres.

The body capacity has stayed the same at 12cum (424cuft). In the interests of standardisation, the specification does not include bulkheads, side door option or passenger seat. The new Mercedes retails at £5,055.
