• Seddon Diesel Vehicles Ltd is to reorganize the distribution of both Seddon and Atkinson vehicles in London and the South East by merging the commercial vehicle division of Halls (Finchley) Ltd and Atkinson Vehicles (London) Ltd.
It is proposed to form a new wholly owned subsidairy company operating from the existing premises at Hendon and Balham and to appoint further area distributors in South East England.
