Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

MORE restrictions on heavy vehicles using the Severn Bridge are likely over the Jubilee and Bank Holiday weekends, despite the Easter chaos that hit the area.

But a Freight Transport Association spokesman warned this week that under no circumstances could restriction in the working week before the Bank Holidays be accepted as happened at Easter.

"We are not happy about the situation but it is sensible to let the tourists use the bridge over the weekends — but during the working day lorries ought to get priority."

The restrictions are likely while work on strengthening the bridge is carried out. It is due to start next week and will go on until the autumn.
