Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THIRTEEN Volvo F10 4x2 tractive units have joined the 130 strong fleet of A. A. Griggs & Co. Ltd of Soham, Cambridgeshire, as part of the company's Elm lorry, trailer, and plant expansion and modernisation programme this year.

Volvo says this latest order was based on the performance of the eight Volvo heavy lorries already in the Griggs fleet. Local distributor J. F. Duffield & Son (Norwich) Ltd is supplying the vehicles as it did before.

With depots at Launceston, Hele (near Exeter), Watchet, Monmouth, and Stroud, the Griggs fleet is concerned mostly with the distribution of paper products throughout the country. Expansion within this specialised area has led to the demand for new trucks and trailers.
