• At Barking magistrates' court on Tuesday BRS Ltd. was found guilty of using a motor vehicle on the road when the load transmitted by more than two wheels to the road surface exceeded 18 tons, contrary to Section 74c of the Construction and Use Regulations 1966. BRS was fined a total of £15 Sc.
