NORFOLK County Council invites tenders for the supply on hire of upwards of 12 5-7-ton endtipping rubber-tyred wagons for a period of three years from April 1, 1933. Full particulars may be obtained of Mr. S. H. Warren, County Surveyor, Stracey Road, Norwich ; also for the supply of tarred macadam, broken old iron, dry slag, granite and granite chips in various sizes. Tenders have to .he sent to the Clerk to the Council, Shirehouse, Norwich, by January 10.

Buckingham County Council invitestenders for the supply of tar macadam, broken granite, chipping% slag and other road-making materials. Application should be made before January 9 to Mr. E. Winfield, County surveyor, County Offices, Aylesbury.

Application must be made to Mr. T. E. Aldersley, Surveyor, Council Office, Horsforth Tenders have to be in by January -14.

Essex County Council is inquiring for. the supply of, amongst other things, (1) team labour and mechanical haulage, (4)• broken granite, (6) local stone, sand and shingle, (9) steam-rolling work. Application, stating number of schedule required, must be mad & to the County Surveyor, Old Court, Chelmsford.
