May I say that, while the article outlines the requirements for good driver training, I found the main photograph used in the article extremely contradictory.
Here we see the driver of the vehicle wearing his seatbelt to ensure his safety in the event of an unforeseen accident. However, the instructor is seen sitting on the bunk unbelted and ready to make a quick exit through the windscreen.
An interesting style of training to ensure safe driving technique; maybe it's like training a goalkeeper by standing him in front of a greenhouse, thus giving him that added incentive to stop the ball. MS Starkey,
