At a treatment cost of about lp per gallon, Redex claims that its new additive Redex for Diesel reduces fuel consumption, extends service intervals, cuts smoke emission and deodorises exhaust gases. The additive is available in five, 25 and 45-litre (1.1, 5.5 and 9.9gal) sizes which would treat 2,280, 11,400 and 20,500 litres (500, 2,500 and 4,500gals) of diesel respectively.
