Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Can life, even in transport, really be as hard as it is portrayed in the Distribution Executive's Game produced by Wilkinson Transport ? Perhaps not, but it is certainly an effective piece of marketing. The game is a large stiff-paper playing " board " divided into 28 sections, on any of which the players' counters can land. Most of them carry such daunting messages as "Fail Mal' inspection, return to start " or " Picketing causes you to miss this drop; move on one square."

About the only bright spot is Square 24 where the message is " Used Wilkinson Transport—go to end."

And on the back of the playing area is a list of golden rules to beat the hold-up game—with copy designed to persuade the customer that it's all too difficult to run his own transport—but that guess-who can provide the service.

A well thought out piece of .publicity.
