CLEANAWAY has acquired three companies which will mated into the company's Waste Services Division. be amalga In Leicester, the goodwill and assets of Frank Berry Waste have been bought, involving several drivers and skip vehicles.
Capital Collections of West London has been acquired and will become part of Cleanaway's trade waste collection services operated from Bedfont, Croydon, Herne Hill and Rainham service centres.
J. M. Waste Disposal Services of Dewsbury, Leeds, will now be incorporated into Cleanaway's Dewsbury service centre.
