Former national chairman Noel Wynn's working party reported last week to the RHA national council, and proposed that the now uneconomic Northern district, based on Newcastle upon Tyne, should be disbanded, with the western section going to the North-Western district and the eastern section being merged with Yorkshire to
form a North Eastern district.
