BIDDLECOMBE/EDWARDS/ SWAN/BURTON
BRS has confirmed the appointment of Phil Biddlecombe as engineering and purchasing director and named three regional operations directors. They complete the top strata of the BRS operations team, led by recently appointed managing director Andrew Callaghan.

Biddlecombe, who is responsible for maintaining the company's fleet, was formerly engineering director.
David Edwards becomes regional operations director for the South, Alasdair Swan takes the North and Mike Burton the North-West, Wales and the Midlands.
Edwards and Swan were previously regional operations directors in the Midlands and Scotland respectively; Burton was western region general manager.
