Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Kleindienst is launching a range of vehicle washers called Esquire. These units will be cheaper than Kleindienst's traditional products with cost savings being made from a lower specification rather than reducing engineering standards, says the company.

There are six washers in the range, three roll-over washers and three drive-through. The Esquire CR5 and CR:3 are five and three brush roll-over machines. The CR5 brushes are arranged on two arches, the first being a standard three-brush. while the second contains profiled brushes for tankers or other irregular shapes. If the profiled brushes are being used the standard ones remain dormant and vice-versa. The CR3 can he uprated to a five-brush if required.

At the top of the roll-over range is the multi-programmed Esquire NUFA. This is the only machine to he transferred from the Kleindienst range and is available in two and three-brush versions. The micro

processor controlled machine has height options between 4.1 and 4.85 metres.

Drive-through washes come in three versions, DT2, DT4 and DT5, having two, four and five brushes. The DT2 has one brush each side mounted on swinging arms so the front and back of vehicles can be washed. On the DT4 there are two brushes each side while the DT5 has a roof brush.
