• D. H. Morgan (Engineers) Ltd– of Bordon, Hampshire, designer and manufacturer of the Hydrci-Couple low-loading semi-trailers. has been acquired by Highway Trailers (Great Britain) Ltd., Southampton. as a wholly owned subsidiary.
Members of the new board of the company are Messrs J. D. McGregor. W. Holmes and J. Herdman-Grant. Secretary is Mr. D. B. Akehurst.
• .Mr. McGregor, who is managing director of Highway Trailers, said that the HydroCouples would in future be manufactured in the Southampton factory, and that the present range would be extended to include additional features.
