Robert Rogers, Anthony Westwood, Robert Blair, Stewart Taylor, John Vincent, Terence Huntritf, Ilarold Eckersall, Peter Walker, Alan McLeod, Mark Smith and Thomas Hadaik arc accused of Iwo offences of making false entries in a tachograph chart.

Graham, Greenwood, Gordon McLeod, Lansdale and Lindley are accused of 84 counts of aiding and abetting the drivers to make false entries, Charter Roadways 82 such offences and Sahleglow two offences.
