RESPONSE to the exhibition of the petroleum to at the Universities of London, Glasgow, Leeds and Cambridge has led to its being invited to three other university towns.
The fifth showing of this exhibition will he at the Museum and Art Gallery, Leicester, from October 8-27. It will then •go to the Firth Hall of Sheffield University (November 8-17), where it will form the background to a course of lectures on the petroleum industry held under the auspices of the University's department of extramural studies. In Decernber, the exhibition moves to Edinbuigh, where it will be presented in the Royal Scottish Museum from December 17 until January 27, 1952.
The Shell Petroleum Co., Ltd., and the Anglo-Iranian Oil Co., Ltd., have combined to sponsor the exhibition, which includes every aspect of the industry.
