NEXT Monday, the Transport Tribunal will begin to investigate the draft British Transport Commission (Passenger) Charges Scheme, which, among other proposals, seeks to make the minimum fare in London 2d, The Commission's scheme is designed to produce another £17m. a year. Over 200 objections have been lodged.
