1SLANDLINK, the Isle of Wight based warehousing, distribution and breakbulk division of Western British Road Services, has taken on Brian Bolwell as general manager.
Mr Bolwell joined Western BRS Portsmouth branch as a traffic operator in 1972 and progressed to the position of manager at the company's branches in both Portsmouth and Melksham.
He takes over from George Bunco, who has retired.
Richard Thompson takes over as manager of the Melksham branch. He joined WBRS in 1969 and has worked his way up through the company, his most recent positions being assistant branch manager at Exeter, and branch manager at Carmarthen.
