Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE FRENCH driver of a truck which crushed a car on MI killing five people was due to make a further appearance at Newport Pagnell magistrates' court on Wednesday after a week in custody charged with manslaughter.

On the previous day the inquest was opened at Newport Pagnell on the five West Indians from Birmingham who perished in the crash on February 22 near Newport Pagnell.

The Coroner said that as the driver of the lorry, M. Aime Blanc of Drome, France, had been charged the inquest would be adjourned.
