Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A SERIES of meetings with manufacturers of psv equipment and vehicles is being arranged by the Confederation of British Road Passenger Transport. At these, design faults, service problems and spares availability will be examined in detail to achieve a better understanding between operators and manufacturers.

The first three manufacturers 'likely to come under the spotlight will be Trico, Bedford and Smiths. In their latest newsletter the Confederation asks members to notify them of persistent troubles with the equipment 'manufactured by the companies. The first of the meetings is planned for April.
